Uros Erzen

Uros Erzen has extensive work experience primarily in the manufacturing industry. Uros started their career at LTH Castings in 2004, where they worked as a Tools Design Engineer until 2005. Uros then transitioned to the role of Maintenance Engineer from 2005 to 2008, before being promoted to Maintenance Manager until 2010. In 2010, Uros joined Dolenc d.o.o. as a Project Lead for a brief period. Later that year, they returned to LTH Castings and held the position of Development Engineer until 2020 when they were promoted to the Head of Die-casting technology.
