Jon Lammers

Jon Lammers is a highly experienced technical support and operations manager with a robust background in information technology and software development. Currently serving as the Technical Support Manager at LTi Technology Solutions since July 2017, Jon oversees a team focused on resolving client-facing technical issues, including software installations and configurations. Prior to this role, Jon held positions at West Corporation as Information Services Manager, where strategic management of Test Engineers was key, and at Bizco Technologies as Service Operations Manager and Remote Services Manager, responsible for managing remote services and support systems. Jon’s career also includes significant roles such as IT Director at Custom Response TeleServices, where all IT and telecom operations were managed, and as a software developer at SpecSoft, contributing to telecom billing applications. Earlier experience includes work as a GIS/Precision Agriculture Specialist at TERRA Industries. Jon holds a B.S. in Entomology from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
