Rajesh Kumar R

Rajesh Kumar R is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in IT infrastructure, digital transformation, and engineering leadership. Currently serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer at LTIMindtree since November 2022, Rajesh leads the IT integration efforts for the merger of LTI and Mindtree, while establishing a comprehensive digital transformation roadmap. Previously, Rajesh held various senior roles at Mindtree, including Vice President of the Products Engineering Group and Vice President of Automation and Vertical Delivery for Retail, CPG, and Manufacturing. Earlier career experiences include positions at Sutherland Global Services, Happiest Minds Technologies, and foundational roles at both MindTree and LEC, showcasing a broad expertise in technology platforms, enterprise architecture, and automation. Rajesh holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the International Institute of Information Technology Bangalore and a Bachelor of Engineering in Instrumentation Technology from RV College of Engineering.
