Sunil Sivadas

Sunil Sivadas, PHR, currently serves as Director of Talent Acquisition at LTIMindtree, focusing on Cyber Security, DSAAS, and Cloud Infrastructure within the Retail Consumer Goods Business Unit since November 2022. Prior to this role, Sunil was Director of Talent Acquisition at LTI - Larsen & Toubro Infotech, leading efforts in Cloud, Digital, and related verticals from July 2017 to November 2022. Sunil also held the position of Associate Director in Talent Acquisition, specializing in Banking and Financial Services for North America. Earlier experience includes serving as Manager of the Talent Supply Chain at Cognizant and a Senior Executive in Recruitment at Changepond Technologies. Sunil's career began at JK Management Consultancy as a Recruiter. Educational qualifications include an M.B.A in HR & Marketing from Anna University Chennai and a Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Science from the University of Madras.
