Surbhi Jain

Surbhi Jain is a seasoned professional in Compensation and Benefits with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Specialist in Compensation & Benefits at LTIMindtree since November 2022, Surbhi leads the C&B portfolio for Emerging Markets in the APAC region, focusing on policy alignment and implementing key programs such as Annual Pay revisions and bonus rollouts. Prior experience includes roles at LTI - Larsen & Toubro Infotech, where Surbhi acted as the global pay planning lead and C&B specialist for the Nordic countries, and earlier positions at EY and Cognizant that contributed to expertise in employee engagement and human resources. Surbhi holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Samrat Ashok Technological Institute.
