Toufeeq Pasha

Toufeeq Pasha is an experienced Implementation Specialist at Bizom since August 2021, where responsibilities include managing the end-to-end implementation of a SaaS/cloud-based supply chain automation product for the FMCG industry, configuring products to meet customer requirements, and addressing service requests and data troubleshooting. Prior to this role, Toufeeq served at Wipro from November 2015 to August 2021, initially as an Administrator L1 handling customer escalations for a L'Oréal project and later as a Senior Application Support Engineer in a leadership capacity. Toufeeq holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from MES First Grade College, Udayagiri, completed in May 2015.
