Vandana Teotia

Vandana Teotia is an experienced Human Resources Business Partner currently working at LTIMindtree since October 2022 and Larsen & Toubro Infotech Ltd (LTI) since August 2019. Prior to these roles, Vandana served as a Senior HR Business Partner at Saama from November 2017 to July 2019, contributing to a company specializing in data and analytics for the life sciences and pharmaceutical sectors. Vandana's career also includes a position as Lead HRBP at Searce Inc, an analytics firm focused on the logistics and automotive industries, from July 2013 to October 2017. Vandana began the professional journey with an HR internship at Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Co. Ltd. in June 2012.
