Caroline Malone

Caroline Malone is an experienced professional currently serving as an Employee Experience Specialist and Office Assistant at LTK since October 2023. Previously, Caroline held significant roles at Tri Delta from March 2020 to May 2023, including Vice President of Membership Experience, leading recruitment efforts and member engagement for a chapter of 532 members, and Director of Marketing and Public Relations, managing various marketing initiatives and public relations efforts. Additionally, Caroline was involved as a New Member Educator Assistant and served as a Digital Media and Marketing Intern at The Scout Guide, overseeing digital communications and social media. Caroline also gained sales experience as a Sales Associate at Presley Paige and completed marketing internships at Vivanti Group. Caroline earned a Bachelor's degree in Communication from the University of Arkansas, where attendance spanned from 2019 to 2023, following graduation from Highland Park High School in 2019.
