Oliver Dsouza is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in high-impact technology roles. Currently serving as Vice President of Engineering at LTK since October 2023, Oliver previously held multiple leadership positions at Amazon from January 2017, including Engineering Leader for AWS Lambda, overseeing a platform that processes 300 billion transactions daily. Additionally, Oliver led engineering teams for Amazon Advertising's Demand-Side Platform and enhanced retail e-commerce through innovative sizing algorithms at Amazon Innovation Fashion. Prior to Amazon, Oliver was a Principal Engineering Manager at Microsoft, influencing applications used by over 700 million customers.
