Todd Thurman

Todd Thurman has a diverse and extensive work experience. Todd is currently the Vice President of Business Development at LTM Inc, where they lead the company's future opportunities and ensures the best service for current customers. Todd is also the FLEET Joint Venture Program Manager for the COMFRC Logistics Engineering contract. Prior to this role, they were the Director of Business Development at LTM Inc.

Before joining LTM Inc, Todd Thurman worked at Zenetex as the Senior Vice President of Logistics and Maintenance Group (LMG), where they were responsible for contracts and programs supporting logistics elements and field service maintenance. Todd also served as the Group Vice President of Logistics and Field Service Maintenance at Zenetex.

Todd Thurman also has experience working at Fleet Readiness Center East, where they held various roles such as JSF IPT Lead, Acting AIR 4.4 Department Head, AV8B Fleet Support Team Lead, and VH-71 Fleet Support Team Lead.

Todd started their career at the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) as an Aerospace Engineer, conducting shipboard helicopter flight tests and supporting various at-sea flight tests.

Additionally, Todd Thurman has worked in the United States Department of Defense as a Test Director for the Joint Test Support Cell and at Anteon as an Engineering and Site Lead.

Earlier in their career, they worked at the Office of the Secretary of Defense as the Technical Director for the Joint Shipboard Helicopter Integration Program (JSHIP) Joint Test and Evaluation.

Overall, Todd Thurman has demonstrated expertise in business development, logistics, maintenance, and engineering within the aviation industry.

Todd Thurman earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Aerospace, Aeronautical, and Astronautical Engineering from North Carolina State University in 1989. Todd later pursued a Master's degree in Management from the Florida Institute of Technology and completed it in 2000. In addition to their formal education, Todd obtained various certifications throughout their career, including Program Management Level I from the Defense Acquisition University in 2008, Senior Executive Management Development Program from NAVAIR in 2000, Acquistion Professional Community (APC) from NAVAIR in 1995, and Systems Planning, Research, Development & Engineering Level III and Test & Evaluation Level III from the Defense Acquisition University in 1994.
