Nikki Soede

Nikki Soede has a diverse professional background, currently serving as Teamleider Ledenzaken and Projectleider Leden Centraal at LTO Noord since September 2018, while also managing a biological dairy farm as Eigenaar at ekohoeve since January 2010. Previous experience includes leadership roles at FrieslandCampina from October 2017 to March 2024, focusing on youth engagement and conducting research to enhance relationships between member dairy farmers and the cooperative. Nikki has also held positions in administration and student governance, demonstrating strong organizational skills from roles at Start People, Bucket Cleaning Systems, and AD LIBITUM. Education was completed at Aeres University of Applied Sciences Dronten from 2014 to 2018, with ongoing studies in agribusiness development at LTO.
