Ton Kempenaar Msc

Ton Kempenaar MSc currently serves as Themahouder Water en Bodem at LTO Noord since July 2021 and has been a member of the Raad van Toezicht Stichting IRIS since August 2021. Kempenaar is also an advisor in the raad van advies for Windunie, starting in January 2017, and serves on the Raad van Commissarissen for Rabobank Flevoland since June 2016. As Directeur of EWI Windpark BV since January 2003, Kempenaar oversees a collaboration of ten agricultural companies with a focus on wind energy. Previous leadership roles include Directeur at Aeres Farms from February 1993 to December 2019, and Vorsitzender of the Coöperatiebestuur for both Windunie and Duurzame Energie Unie between 2008 and 2015, contributing to local energy initiatives. Kempenaar's education includes a Master's in Environmental and Energy Management from the University of Twente and various qualifications in management and agricultural studies.
