Michael Y. Liu, CFA, is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in asset-backed securities (ABS) and collateralized debt obligations (CDO). Currently serving as Managing Director at Guggenheim Securities since February 2011, Michael has progressed through several roles within the firm, including Director, Vice President, and Associate. Prior to joining Guggenheim, Michael worked as an Analyst in Omnium Knowledge Management at Citadel LLC and gained early experience as a Research Analyst at Brighton House Associates. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Chicago, obtained in 2009.
