Elaine Soat

Elaine Soat has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Elaine started their career in 1975 as a Quality Assurance Tester at Cycare / HBOC, where they worked until 1999. From 1999 to 2012, they served as a Quality Assurance / Technical Writing Manager at Cartegraph Systems. Elaine then worked as a Business Analyst/Project Manager at Flexion Inc. from 2012 to 2015. Elaine joined By Light Professional IT Services in 2015 as a Sr. Systems Analyst, where they were responsible for managing the onboarding process and supporting the eHealth Exchange project until 2018. Currently, they are working as a Principle Consultant at LTS since 2018.

Elaine Soat received their education from the QAI Global Institute - Organization from 1992 to 2015. During this period, they obtained a Certified Software Quality Analyst (CSQA) and Certified Software Tester (CSTE) degree, specializing in Software Testing and Quality Assurance.
