Hali Moore, MS, MBA

Hali Moore, MS, MBA has a diverse background in operations management, business analysis, and fleet management. Starting in 2010 with The J. Vincent Group, they worked as an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer, handling administrative tasks and ensuring confidentiality. In 2011, they joined The Home Depot as a Cashier Customer Service representative, providing friendly customer service and managing weekly ad signage. Hali then moved into the transportation industry, working at Werner Enterprises as a Customer Service Assistant and Backhaul Coordinator, managing customer inquiries and maintaining a customer database. Hali later became a Fleet Manager at Werner Enterprises and oversaw driver training and DOT compliance.

In 2013, Hali joined Transport America as a Fleet Manager, where they prepared budgets, managed financial reports, and ensured timely pickups and deliveries. Hali also worked as a Transportation Planner at Transport America, coordinating 150 drivers and designing travel plans.

Hali continued their career in transportation at Ruan Transportation Management Systems as a Fleet Supervisor, where they coordinated and scheduled a fleet of 30 drivers, focusing on safety, performance, and productivity. Hali coached and counseled drivers and maintained daily communication with customers.

Hali then transitioned to work at Action Resources, Inc as a Network Planner, responsible for optimizing network planning. After that, they joined Boyd Bros. Transportation, Inc as a Fleet Manager, overseeing fleet operations and orientation training.

Most recently, Hali is working at LTS as an Operations Manager, where they are responsible for managing operations and serving as a business analyst.

Throughout their career, Hali has consistently demonstrated strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Hali holds a Master of Science and Master of Business Administration.

Hali Moore, MS, MBA, has a diverse educational background. Hali started their educational journey by completing their Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication at Columbus State University. From 2007 to 2010, Hali attended Columbus State University, focusing on their field of study in Communication.

After completing their undergraduate studies, Hali pursued a Master of Science degree in Management at Walden University. Hali attended Walden University from 2012 to 2013, further enhancing their expertise in management.

To strengthen their business acumen, Hali then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. From 2018 to 2021, Hali dedicated their time to studying general business topics at the University of Alabama at Birmingham.

In addition to their academic achievements, Hali has obtained several certifications to further enhance their professional skills. In October 2015, they obtained Lean Six Sigma certification. Hali also holds a CPR/First Aid certification obtained from LifeGuard Medical Solutions in May 2015. Furthermore, they are currently pursuing a Certified CMMI Associate certification from ISACA and is expected to complete it in March 2023.
