James Rendon has a diverse work experience in project management and technical roles. James is currently employed at LTS as a Project Manager, where they support the Enterprise Program Management Office's Health Portfolio through IT program management, project management, technical management, financial management, functional planning, and documentation analysis. James effectively manages competing priorities and provides regular updates to clients. Prior to LTS, James worked at MicroHealth, LLC as a Project Manager, overseeing change management processes and Project Management Office document reviews for the Department of Veterans Affairs. James defined annual business goals, deployed new technologies, and reviewed enrollment backlogs to determine stakeholder needs for website enhancements and releases. Furthermore, James served as a Project Management Specialist at Engility Corporation, where they delivered project and portfolio management services for the Department of Veterans Affairs' Veterans Relationship Management projects. James acted as the Point of Contact and team leader for the Operations Team. Before that, they worked as an IT Project Manager at Texas Health and Human Services, where they drove primary goals and objectives for the Medical Transportation Program. James Rendon, PMP, CSM, POPM attended Texas State University from 1997 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies. James then went on to earn several certifications, including the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in December 2010, the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance in September 2019, and the Certified SAFe® 5 Product Owner/Product Manager certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in July 2021.
