Neil W.

Neil W. has a diverse work experience spanning over 22 years. Neil started their career as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer at Inova Corporation in 1998, where they were responsible for creating and reviewing test plans and cases for software applications. Neil then joined Electronic Arts in 2000 as a Customer Relations Manager, where they established and managed a team to handle customer service policies and procedures. In 2004, Neil worked as a Sr. Quality Assurance Analyst at CFA Institute, where they developed and executed test plans to verify software adherence to development processes. Neil joined VGT in 2005 as a Compliance Vendor Manager, overseeing contracted testing services and managing departmental relationships. Neil then joined EY in 2018 as an Associate Director, where they served as a Services Manager in Software Quality Assurance. Currently, they work as a Principal Senior Consultant in Quality Assurance for LTS, specializing in projects with the Veterans Administration.

Neil W. has a diverse education history with a focus on information technology and leadership. Neil obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology with a specialization in Web from the University of Phoenix. Additionally, Neil earned an Associate degree in Arts and Business from Western International University. Neil also completed a Certificate in Leadership Excellence from the Vanderbilt University - Owen Graduate School of Management.

In terms of certifications, Neil completed the Vanderbilt Owen School of Management Certificate in Executive Leadership in October 2017. Neil also holds the Global Security Essentials Certification (GIAC-GSEC), obtained in 2015. Neil is a Certified Internal Auditor with a focus on Certified AQS ISO9001 and an Examiner certified by the Tennessee Center for Performance Excellence. Neil is also a member of the American Society for Quality and holds the Certified Tester Foundation Leader certification from the ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board.
