Xuan Phung

Xuan Phung is a seasoned professional in software quality assurance and management, currently serving as Founder and CEO of LTS Group and LQA | Lotus Quality Assurance since 2017 and 2016, respectively. Xuan also holds the positions of Chairman and Advisor at ManNet - Human Network and LTS Global Digital Services, both established in 2023 and 2022, respectively. Previous experience includes serving as QA Director at Sixth Gear Studios and FPT Software, where significant contributions were made in developing QA and test services for global clients. Xuan Phung’s educational background includes a Master’s degree in Information Technology from Vietnam National University and a Bachelor's degree from Hanoi University of Technology, coupled with various certifications in quality assurance and training.
