Jennifer Bates

Jennifer Bates has over a decade of experience in various management and customer service roles. Currently serving as an Account Manager at LT Security Inc. since July 2015, Jennifer excels in building client relationships, educating dealers on product features, and consulting on surveillance system designs. Prior to this, Jennifer was an Assistant Manager at Leslie's Poolmart, Inc., where responsibilities included team supervision, training new associates, and managing inventory. In earlier roles, Jennifer worked as a Manager/Adoption Counselor at Animal Sanctuary Society, Inc., overseeing employees and volunteers, while also caring for animals and organizing fundraising events. Jennifer's career commenced as a Crew Member at Papa John's International, where foundational skills in customer service and inventory control were developed. Jennifer is an alumna of Rowan College at Burlington County, having attended from 2008 to 2010.
