The LTSE leadership team has a wide range of experience in different industries, with a focus on people and culture. They have worked in companies such as Stitch Fix, TTI Success Insights, and Zen4, and have founded Serbian Entrepreneurs. They have also held positions such as Senior Operations Manager at DIRECTV and Network Leader at Village Global. In terms of education, the team is well-rounded, with degrees in Psychology and Spanish from the University of Arizona, Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management, and Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics from the University of Toronto - University College.
