Melissa Huertas, COPC, CLSSYB, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer service and operational management across various industries. Currently serving as General Manager at LTVplus since November 2019, Melissa oversees business strategy, operations, and financial performance, while previously leading Customer Success and Service Delivery efforts to enhance ecommerce experiences. Prior roles include Head of Customer Service at TRIANGL, where Melissa transformed a low-performing team to achieve high customer satisfaction rates, and Co-Owner of Taobao Manila Enterprise. With a strong foundation in team building and process optimization from previous positions at HKT Teleservices and Dell International Services, Melissa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Arts from Miriam College.
