Lucinda Tam began their career in 2003 as a Research Assistant at UC Davis, followed by a Summer Internship at Genentech in 2003. Lucinda then returned to UC Davis in 2004 as a Research Assistant before taking a temporary role as a Tissue Culture Assistant at Cytokinetics. In 2004, they joined Genentech as a Scientific Researcher, where they were responsible for managing outsourcing of custom genetically modified murine model projects with multiple CRO's, serving in a cross-functional role, and assisting in the planning and execution of projects with external vendors. Lucinda was promoted to Senior Scientific Researcher in the same role in 2004. In 2023, Lucinda joined LTZ Therapeutics as a Project Manager.
Lucinda Tam obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Biotechnology from the University of California, Davis between 2000 and 2004. In 2010, they completed a Program in Clinical Research Conduct and Management from the University of California, Berkeley Extension. In October 2022, they completed a Project Management Basics course from the Project Management Institute.
