Vanessa Viganò

Vanessa Viganò holds extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Head of HR - EU South at LU-VE Group since May 2025. Prior to this role, Vanessa was the Human Resources Manager at Audika Centri Acustici from June 2022 to May 2025, where responsibilities included establishing the HR department for the organization in Italy. Vanessa's career originated at ManpowerGroup Italia as an HR Recruiter-Branch Manager and has included roles such as HR Business Partner and HR Development Manager at IL GRUPPO VORWERK, specializing in post-merger integrations and change management. Additional experience includes work as an HR Director Assistant at Longoni Sport and as an Organization Analyst at RA COMPUTER SPA. Vanessa earned a degree in Economics from Bocconi University, focusing on public administrations and personnel organization.
