Frank Phukaphuka

Frank Phukaphuka is a Project Research Associate at LUANAR-Lilongwe University of Agriculture and Natural Resources since November 2021, where responsibilities include training and supervising a technical team and farmers during project implementation. Previously, Frank served as an Agricultural Research Scientist at the Department of Agricultural Research Services (Chitedze Research Station) from November 2019 to June 2021, focusing on identifying farmers' production limitations. Earlier experience includes a role as a Territory Sales Executive at Airtel Malawi Limited, aimed at driving sales growth, and as a Customer Support Associate at Tech Mahindra. Frank holds a Bachelor of Science in Horticulture from Lilongwe University of Agriculture and Natural Resources and has diplomas in Horticulture and Marketing from Natural Resources College and Lilongwe Technical College, respectively.
