Michele Alves is an experienced professional in the field of Human Resources, currently serving as an Analista de Administração de Talentos at Luandre RH since February 2022, where responsibilities include processing payroll and ensuring compliance with financial obligations. Prior to this role, Michele worked at Ribeiro's Contabilistas as an Analista de Departamento Pessoal, focusing on the implementation of E-social routines, and held various positions in the Department of Personnel at Capitalsoft Contabilidade, Ação Contabil, and Companhia Iberica, gaining expertise in employee admissions, terminations, and payroll processes.
