Johan Doornenbal

Johan Doornenbal is an experienced business leader currently serving as the CEO of LUBA Groep since June 2009, a company that is part of Groupe PROMAN. Additionally, Johan has taken on the role of Ambassador for Stichting Guruz since January 2024, focusing on improving Dutch vocational education and supporting businesses with their employer branding through innovative online guest lectures. Previously, Johan held several key positions at Randstad from November 1995 to June 2009, including Managing Director of Randstad Zorg and Regional Director of Randstad Uitzendbureau. Johan co-founded Cooiman & Doornenbal Consultants from 1990 to 1995. Educational qualifications include a Master in Business Administration and ICT from the University of Twente, as well as advanced studies at IESE Business School and IBO Qualified Business School.
