John Osborne

John Osborne is the President & CEO of Lubbock Economic Development Alliance and Market Lubbock. Prior to this, John was the Sr. Vice President at San Antonio Economic Development Foundation. With a background in economic development, John has been responsible for securing new investments and jobs in various communities. Their extensive experience includes roles such as Main Street Director in the State of Illinois and President of Duncan Main Street Program. John holds an MBA in Marketing and Management from the University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor of Science in Ag Business from West Texas A&M University. John is a dedicated professional with a proven track record of success in economic development.
