Paul Bush, the founder of Lubbock Electric Company, left an indelible mark on the South Plains as a businessman, problem solver, good employer, teacher, and supporter of charitable organizations. Mr. Bush was the originator of the "No Downtime!" and "We can do it!" attitude that our team brings to West Texas.
