Chad Lubke

Chad Lubke is a seasoned professional in the construction and investment sectors, currently serving as Founding Partner at Higher Power Capital Partners LLC since January 2024, focusing on investor and broker relations. As President of Lubke Construction since February 2008, Chad has demonstrated leadership and management expertise in the construction industry. Previously, Chad held the role of Owner at Onyx South and served as VP of Business Development at Onyx South, LLC from January 2010 to January 2015. Earlier career experiences include roles as Superintendent at Opus from 2005 to 2008 and at Pulte Homes from 2003 to 2005. Chad holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Ferris State University.
