Roger Peace is an experienced leader in client services and organizational growth, currently serving as the Director of Client Services at Lubke, a luxury custom home design and build company focused on the Gulf Coast. Previously, Roger held significant roles at Word of Life Bible Institute, including President and Executive Vice President, overseeing multiple campuses and educational initiatives. At Word of Life Fellowship, Roger contributed as Vice President of Growth Strategies, Chief Strategy Officer, and Chief Operating Officer, driving marketing, enrollment, and operational strategies. Early career experience includes roles in construction and property management at Crowningshield Construction and the Inn and Family Lodge. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Educational Leadership from Trinity Baptist College and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Organizational Leadership from Ohio Christian University.
