Birte Reimer

Birte Reimer is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources management. Currently serving as Senior Manager Talent Acquisition for EMEAI & APAC at The Lubrizol Corporation since June 2010, Birte has transitioned through various roles, including Senior Talent Acquisition Manager and HR Manager for EMEAI Projects, focusing on strategic talent acquisition and regional HR initiatives. Prior to this, Birte held the position of HR Manager for Germany and HR-Generalist at The Lubrizol Corporation, managing HR operations and advising management. Additional experience includes an internship in Talent Development at Kraft Jacobs Suchard and an HR Assistant role at Brauerei Beck & Co. Birte holds a Diplom-Ökonomin in Economics and Social Studies from Leuphana University of Lüneburg and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and European Studies from the University of Central Lancashire.
