Britt Minch

Britt Minch has extensive experience in research and management within the chemical industry, having served as Director of Global Technology at The Lubrizol Corporation from October 2012 to March 2023, where responsibilities included on-site management and the development of new concepts and communication strategies. Prior roles at The Lubrizol Corporation encompassed Research Manager for Metalworking and Research Manager for Metal Protection, focusing on metal-related research initiatives. At IPPG Industries, Britt held the position of Research Chemist, concentrating on the synthesis and characterization of catalyst systems. Britt's career began with an NRC Associate role at the Air Force Research Laboratory, conducting research on organic dyes for photovoltaic applications, and earlier as a post-doctoral researcher at the Max-Planck Institute for Polymer Research, specializing in conjugated oligomers for OLED applications.
