Christina MacHovina

Christina Machovina is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and compliance management. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at The Lubrizol Corporation since March 2019, Christina previously held the role of HR Generalist. Prior to this, Christina worked at Asurint as a Compliance Manager and spent over a decade at H&M, where roles included District Security Manager, responsible for training and development in safety, security, and loss prevention, as well as Department Manager and Sales Advisor. Christina holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in English Language and Literature and Psychology from Bowling Green State University, earned between 2003 and 2007.
