Eric Bersier

Eric Bersier has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and industries. Eric started their career with internships at Total in 1983 and then worked at Shell, focusing on base oils dewaxing optimization from January 1984 to June 1985. Eric then joined IFP School for a short period as a surveyor of chemical processes from September 1985 to February 1986. Eric served as a Professor of Mathematics at the French Air Force Officers High School from February 1986 to January 1987. Eric then joined the Lubrizol Corporation, where they held various roles including Production Engineer from 1987 to 1988, Project Manager for New Plant Creation from 1988 to 1991, and Logistic Manager from 1994 to 1996. From 1996 to 1998, Eric was involved in the implementation of SAP at Lubrizol, followed by their role as SAP Support Manager for Europe from 1998 to 2000. Eric then held the position of Raw Materials Purchasing Manager for Europe from 2000 to 2008. In 2008, Eric became the Plant Manager at Lubrizol and held that position until October 2013. From November 2013 to December 2016, they served as the Procurement Director for Asia Pacific, and since January 2017, they have been the Procurement Director for EMEAI at Lubrizol.

Eric Bersier completed their Engineer's Degree in Chemical Engineering from the Institut national des Sciences appliquées de Rouen in 1985. Later, they pursued Business Leadership studies at the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University until 2002.
