Hazel Lee is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in leading human resources functions across various industries. Beginning as an HR & OD Manager at Ericsson from 2000 to 2002, Hazel established the HR function for a startup division. From 2007 to 2013, Hazel served as HR Director at ADT UK & Ireland, overseeing HR operations for a leading security solutions provider. Following this, Hazel held the position of Senior Director of HR Business Solutions Europe at Tyco from April 2013 to March 2017, contributing to a global security solutions firm. From March 2017 to April 2024, Hazel was Senior Director of Human Resources at Johnson Controls, managing HR for 6,000 employees with significant revenue responsibility. Currently, as Senior Director of Human Resources at The Lubrizol Corporation since September 2024, Hazel leads HR Business Partnering, Talent Management, and Global Labour and Employee Relations as part of the Global HR Leadership Team.
