Jeff Chen has over a decade of diverse experience in supply chain and production management. Currently serving as a Global Supply Planner at The Lubrizol Corporation since June 2013, Jeff has held multiple roles, including Supply Chain Planning Manager and Global Product Manager for Pharmaceutical Solutions. This role involves managing a portfolio of pharmaceutical excipients across three manufacturing plants, ensuring alignment between global sales and supply-chain capabilities, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Prior experience includes production management at Aclara RF Systems Inc and Rockwell Automation, along with a role as a Communications Officer in the United States Marine Corps. Jeff holds a Master's in Engineering and Management from Case Western Reserve University and a Master's in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan.
