Luciana Pompilio

Luciana Pompilio has over 20 years of experience in human resources. Luciana currently works as the Global Senior Director Human Resources for Additives & Corporate Technology at The Lubrizol Corporation. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Director Human Resources for Global Leveraged Services at the same company. Before joining Lubrizol, Luciana worked at Elsevier as the Director of Human Resources for Latin America for 10 years. Luciana also has experience as a Human Resources Manager at Ricoh Brasil and Serpros Fundo Multipatrocinado. Luciana began their career as a Human Resources Coordinator at Aliança Navegação e Logística.

Luciana Pompilio obtained an MBA in Human Resources Management from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro in the years 2000 to 2001. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Administração de Empresas from Faculdade Moraes Júnior from 1994 to 1997. In addition, they hold a certification in Leadership Deep Dive from Weatherhead Executive Education, obtained in the year 2022.
