Matthew then moved to Castrol, where they served as a Global Sales and Marketing Advisor, Customer Marketing Manager, Brand Manager, and B2B Marketing Manager. Currently, Matthew is employed at The Lubrizol Corporation, where they have held positions such as Regional Marketing Manager for the Americas, Global Strategic Marketing Manager, Director of Consumer & Market Insights, Insights Director, and Director of Marketing Strategic Planning.
From 1988 to 1991, Matthew Rudd studied Applied Linguistics at Bangor University.
