Naeem Shaikh

Naeem Shaikh is an experienced professional with significant expertise in sales, marketing, and product development within the lubricants industry. Currently serving as Country Manager for the Middle East and North Africa at The Lubrizol Corporation since May 2010, Naeem has held various roles including Sr. Sales Manager and Sr. Manager for Sales and Marketing. Prior positions include Business Manager for Industrial Additives at Afton Chemical and Manager of Product Development at BP, where Naeem focused on engine oils formulation and technology. Earlier experience includes roles in quality control and product development at Tata-BP Lubricants and R&D at Veedol. Naeem holds a Master's in Science in Inorganic Chemistry from the University of Mumbai and an MBA in Marketing from ITM Institute of Management.
