Rich Troyer

Rich Troyer has extensive experience in marketing and communications, currently serving as the Global Marketing Communications Manager at The Lubrizol Corporation since April 2016, where previous roles included Global Inbound Marketing Manager and Business Communications Manager. Prior to this, Rich Troyer held the position of Marketing Manager at Hose Master LLC and progressed through several marketing roles at Gebauer Company, including Associate Marketing Manager and Marketing Communications Coordinator. Earlier career experiences include serving as Marketing Director at Ohio Hockey Academy and working as an Assistant Account Manager at Hitchcock Fleming & Associates, Inc. and a Research Specialist at Dix & Eaton. Rich Troyer holds an M.B.A. in Marketing and Innovation Entrepreneurship from D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University and a B.A. in Communication from Cleveland State University.
