Sharvon Nelson

Sharvon Nelson has extensive experience in human resources, having held multiple roles at The Lubrizol Corporation from November 2020 to June 2023, including Multi-Site HR Manager, Employee Relations Advisor, and Global DEI Project Consultant. Prior experience includes positions at Shell Oil Company as HR Account Manager and HR Analyst, as well as an HR Summer Associate role at Rolls-Royce. Sharvon also contributed as a Graduate Mentor at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign's Office of Minority Student Affairs and worked as a Business Analyst/Consultant at PRGX. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Jackson State University and a Master’s in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
