Sonya A (Coleman) Trice has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Sonya A started their career at the Visiting Nurse Association of Ohio, where they held various positions including Managed Care Assistant, Office Coordinator, and Office Manager. Sonya A then moved on to the Southwest Cleveland Sleep Center, where they served as an Operations Manager, overseeing daily operations and managing a staff of 15 employees. Sonya's next role was with K2M, where they gained experience as a Product Specialist and later as a Global Operations & Project Manager, collaborating with account managers and leading cross-functional teams. Sonya A then transitioned to the Lubrizol Corporation, where they held several global Talent Development roles, including Business Analyst, Specialist, and Program Lead. In these positions, they were responsible for implementing HR processes, managing talent, facilitating learning and development programs, and driving transformation initiatives. Throughout their career, Sonya has demonstrated strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

Sonya A (Coleman) Trice completed their education at the following institutions:

- From 2010 to 2011, they attended the Northeast Ohio School of Ministry and obtained a Masters of Arts in Christian Counseling Psychology with a focus on counseling.

- Prior to that, from 2008 to 2010, they also attended the Northeast Ohio School of Ministry, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Christian Counseling Psychology, specializing in counseling.
