Tai-Chi Chan

Tai-Chi Chan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and human resource strategy, currently serving as the Founder of Grey Chair LLC since October 2019. At The Lubrizol Corporation, Tai-Chi Chan has held the position of Director of Human Resource Strategy and Inclusion since April 2013, while also contributing to the organization as Director of Strategy and Planning since January 2007, focusing on the development, maintenance, and measurement of Information Solution Strategies, including acquisition and merger planning. Additionally, Tai-Chi Chan managed and developed the IT organization for the Lubrizol Asia Pacific region as Asia Pacific IS Manager. Tai-Chi Chan holds a Master of Science degree in Educational Psychology from Miami University, attended from 1977 to 1979.
