Tricia Sulzbach

Tricia Sulzbach has extensive experience in human resources, having worked for The Lubrizol Corporation and The STERIS Corporation. Tricia began their career with The STERIS Corporation in 1996, serving as a Senior Manager in Human Resources until 2005. In 2005, Tricia joined The Lubrizol Corporation as the Global Director of Human Resources, a role they held until 2020. At Lubrizol, they then progressed to become the Vice President of Global HR Operations and most recently, the Vice President of HR Services & Solutions, starting in 2023.
