Twila Day

Twila Day is the Vice Chair at Luby's. Twila has over 25 years of experience in senior leadership roles in Information Technology and Operations. Prior to joining Luby's, Ms. Day served as the Chief Information Officer and Senior Vice President of Information Technology at Sysco Corporation, a $55 billion global foodservice company. At Sysco, they were responsible for all aspects of the company's information technology operations, including enterprise architecture, application development, infrastructure, project management, and security. Ms. Day also served as a Managing Director at Alvarez & Marsal, a leading global professional services firm that provides performance improvement, turnaround management, and business advisory services to companies around the world. In this role, they worked with clients in a variety of industries to help them turn change into a strategic business asset, manage risk, and unlock value at every stage. Ms. Day has also served on the boards of several non-profit organizations, including the Women's Foodservice Forum and Genesys Works Houston.

Twila Day has a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Our Lady of the Lake University.
