Stijn Mommen

Stijn Mommen is an experienced professional in the fields of gaming and digital design, currently serving as the Owner and CEO of DuckTape Solutions since May 2020, focusing on AI and future technology consultancy. Mommen co-founded Bolt Blaster Games and Firewolf Studios, contributing creatively in leadership roles. In the academic sphere, Mommen has held positions at LUCA School of Arts as Docent and Master Coordinator in Game Design, and at Hasselt University as a Guest Professor in Multimedia and Design. Mommen's extensive teaching experience also includes roles at PXL University College and PHL University College, where contributions to the Game and Digital Design program and research in modular game engines were significant. Academic qualifications include Master's degrees in Illustration/Graphic Design and stamp steel engraving.
