Yosuke Matsumiya has a diverse work experience. Yosuke started their career as a Medical Doctor at the NHS in 2010, where they underwent specialty training in Obstetrics & Gynaecology. Yosuke continued their medical journey with foundation training at various hospitals. In 2018, Yosuke joined The University of Tokyo as an Assistant Professor, where they were responsible for the Medical English Curriculum and facilitating exchanges between institutions worldwide. Currently, Yosuke holds the position of Project Director at LUCA Science UK, starting in 2020.
Yosuke Matsumiya pursued their education journey with a Master's degree in Medicine from the University of Cambridge from 2004 to 2007. Following that, they obtained a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from King's College London from 2007 to 2010. Currently, Yosuke Matsumiya is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree at the University of Oxford, starting from 2021 and expected to complete it by 2024.
