Frederico Bello is the Founder & CEO of Luca, an AI-powered SaaS Education Platform focusing on K12 education globally. Frederico is responsible for developing learning programs for K12 students, offering pre-recorded videos, gamified content, and personalized study paths. Frederico is also the Founder of Catchy Kiosks Photobooth, a company that provides photobooth rental services in Portugal and Spain. Frederico has previously worked as the Head of Europe & Global International Expansion at ThePowerMBA, Head of Business Development & Expansion at Circ, and in Operations Southwest Europe at Uber. Frederico has experience as the Country Manager Portugal at Selectra, and has worked in private equity, venture capital, and fintech at ECS Capital. Frederico has also served as an Investment Banking Analyst at Morgan Stanley, had an internship in FX & Interest Rates Derivatives Sales Trading at HSBC, and worked as an intern in asset management and private equity at Edmond de Rothschild.

Frederico Bello obtained a Master's degree in Finance from IE Business School from 2012 to 2013. Prior to that, they completed an Erasmus Term in Business at Université catholique de Louvain from 2010 to 2011. Frederico has also earned a Bachelor's degree in Management from Nova School of Business and Economics from 2008 to 2011. Additionally, they have certifications in Bloomberg User, Google Adwords, NVM, and Zoho CRM, though the specific dates of obtaining these certifications are unknown.
