Alex Kidman

Alex Kidman is an experienced professional in the mining and diamond sectors, currently serving as the Group Operations Manager at Lucapa Diamond Company Ltd since February 2024, where responsibilities include managing group operations and overseeing long-term strategies. Previously, Alex held the position of Principal Group Projects at Lucapa Diamond Company Limited from December 2017 to March 2024, focusing on the management and technical oversight of various projects. Prior experience includes roles at Foundation Resources as a Principal Consultant, and at Kimberley Diamond Company as a Project Manager and Mineral Resource Geologist. Earlier in the career, Alex worked at Gem Diamonds Technical Services as Chief Geological Advisor and in various geological roles. Alex holds an MSci in Geology/Earth Science from the University of Birmingham, obtained in 2005.
