Renee Cummings is a seasoned executive in supply chain and operations recruitment with extensive experience in leadership roles at top firms. Currently serving as a Managing Consultant and Senior Executive Partner at Korn Ferry since the acquisition of Lucas Group in November 2021, Renee previously held senior positions at Lucas Group where contributions included matching clients with skilled talent and leading the Supply Chain and Operations Division. Prior to that, Renee was Managing Director at Astrix Technology Group, overseeing recruitment for key roles in life sciences. Additional experience includes driving revenue growth as a Market Manager at Kforce Inc. and technical sales representation at ATC Associates. Renee holds a degree in Chemistry from SUNY Geneseo.
